As we will only be able to accept a limited number of participants, registrations will be taken on a first come first serve basis. Invoices for the conference fees will serve as proof of registration and will be sent out approximately 4 weeks prior to the conference. They are payable on receipt and must be settled before the conference begins. You may cancel your registration free of charge unto March 15, 2005. 50% of the conference fee will be charged for cancellations received between March 15, 2005 and April 6, 2005. The conference fee can not be refunded for cancellations after April 6. However, we will accept a substitute participant free of charge.

You can register for the conference per fax answer or per e-mail. We can only accept a limited number of participants.
